AI set up for your office
Two weeks of work back for every person, every year.
Save at least 2 hours a week per person within 30 days, or your money back. I set it all up for you, on your office's real work.
Run by Jayme Deitch, who builds with AI every day for his clients and his own businesses.
AI can now handle much of what your team types, reads and sorts, in seconds. Out of the box, it gives bland answers. Set up on your work, your clients and the way you write, it's like hiring someone who already knows the job.
Hand over the busywork.
I set it up for you, on your own templates and the way your office writes. Your team learns it as I hand it over.

Good news. The valuation came in at $840,000, so your loan is 78% of the property's value and you won't need lenders mortgage insurance.
All we need now is Sarah's two latest payslips. Once they're in, your application goes to the lender.

How it works.
Free audit.
Your team logs a normal week, five minutes a day. You get one page: the jobs taking the most hours, and what they cost you a year.
Kick-off.
Two hours at your office. Every desk set up on its own work, and every person finishes one real job before we wrap up.
Day 14.
A fix-it session on whatever didn't stick, with tools built for your top five jobs.
Day 30.
The same log again, so you see the hours back in black and white. After that, Autopilot keeps it current, month to month.
Thirty days to your hours back.
Start with a free look at where the week goes. If it's worth fixing, the Sprint gets those hours back.
Start here
Hours Back Sprint
Your whole team, saving time inside 30 days.
Fixed price+ GSTWhole team up to 15, larger teams quoted. In writing after your free audit.

- Desk-by-desk setup on your own work and files

After the Sprint
Office Autopilot

Monthly+ GSTMonth to month.
- One new tool a month for a job your team repeats
- A check-in every month
- New staff set up in an hour
- Questions from you or your office manager, answered by the next business day
The Hours Back Guarantee. Your team saves at least 2 hours a week per person within 30 days, on the time log, or your money back. (Counted as the average across the staff who come to the kick-off, keep the log and use the setups.)
Something bigger? Custom software and one-off projects, on quote, after the same free audit.
Four audits a week. Two new offices a month.
Before you ask.
How is this different from using ChatGPT ourselves?
Out of the box, AI knows nothing about your business, so it gives generic answers. I set it up with your work, your clients and the way you write, then build saved instructions for the jobs you repeat. Your team gets the same good result every time, without re-explaining.
Which AI do you use?
I'm not tied to one company. Most teams start on a business account with one of the leading AI products, set up for privacy. Then I build what your team needs around it, working alongside the email and spreadsheets you already use.
What happens to our client information?
Your team works on business accounts your firm owns, not personal ones, and on business plans, your work isn't used to train the AI. Before anyone starts, we agree a short list of what never goes in, like ID documents and bank details. Nothing leaves your office without a person checking it.
What does the Sprint involve?
A free audit first: your team logs a normal week, five minutes a day, and you get one page with the jobs taking the most hours. Then a two-hour kick-off at your office, a fix-it session at day 14 and an hours report at day 30. I set up each desk on its own weekly work and hand it over in the session.
How much time will it save?
At least 2 hours a week per person within 30 days, on average across the staff using it, measured on your own team's log before and after, or your money back.
Do we have to sign up for Autopilot?
No. The Sprint stands on its own. If you want new jobs handed over and everything kept current, Autopilot is month to month.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Everything built for your team is yours to keep and use.
